Shaun came on board with Protranz in 2015 as our Operations Manager and has been instrumental in delivering all our projects since then. Now, as our Managing Director he oversees every aspect of the business. Shaun is passionate about maintaining the family-like culture that is critical to our success as a business.

Simon leads our business development at Protranz, handling everything from securing new client contracts to crafting marketing and growth strategies. He's dedicated to building and maintaining strong relationships with both current and prospective clients, ensuring a steady flow of growth opportunities.

Ben’s broad civil construction experience across New Zealand and Australia stand him in good stead to maintain and further develop Protanz’s market share.
He is responsible for the management and planning of projects, ensuring they’re completed safely, within budget and on time. Ben is very personable and is passionate about ensuring every project is a success.

If your project involves anything to do with three waters, Mitch is your go-to. He’s a powerhouse of knowledge, having worked on a number of highly technical projects during his time in the industry. His hardworking attitude and problem-solving abilities are second to none. We’re proud to have him on the team.

For over a decade, Noel's been a key player on our team. He's got a ton of knowledge and experience under his belt. His top priorities are ensuring jobs are completed safely and to the highest standard. Plus, he represents the company on regulatory matters. Quite simply, we’d be lost without him.
